How does this service work?
CorePhase is a managed email service offering a multi-layer
approach to protecting our users from email spam and virus.
Our clients use their email just as they always have while
we work to filter spam and other threats from your inbox.
Do I need to install and special software or hardware?
No. You simply continue using Outlook or whatever email application
you are using.
Do people sending me email have to validate themselves
every time they send me something?
No. People sending you email will never have to validate themselves
when sending you email. While the "sender validation"
method can be an effective tool against spam we feel this
is not a very professional approach to treating customers.
How accurate is the spam filtered?
Our filtering methods are 98.6% accurate meaning that you
should see a significant reduction in spam without losing
important emails.
What do I need to do to get started?
Getting started is easy. Signup for your service, update your
DNS records to point your mail to our servers and create your
email accounts. Detailed instructions for each step is provided
once you signup.
I don't know how to update my DNS. Can you help me?
Of course we can.
Do you host my website too?
No. Your website will continue to be hosted wherever it is
hosted currently. We provide spam-free email service only.
How much does it cost?
Our rates vary depending on how many email accounts are needed.

Do you bill me monthly?
Yes, we keep a credit card on file which is billed each month
for your services.
How much is the setup fee?
There is a one-time account setup fee of $49. This is charged
only once when you activate your account.
