CorePhase

Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CorePhase, LLC (“CorePhase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our website, corephase.com, and with our internal business application, “The Core” (together, the “Services”). The Core is a private application used by authorized CorePhase personnel for internal operations and reporting; it is not offered to the general public.

Information we handle

Depending on how the Services are used, we may handle:

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking tools.

How we use information

We use information solely for legitimate business purposes: to respond to inquiries you send us; to evaluate candidates for current and future roles; to operate and improve the Services; to produce internal financial and operational reporting; and to maintain the security of our systems. We do not use QuickBooks or other connected financial data for any purpose other than CorePhase’s own internal reporting and operations.

Service providers

We rely on the following providers to run this website. Each receives only the information needed for its role and handles it under its own privacy policy:

When your browser loads content from Rippling or OpenFreeMap, those providers receive your IP address and standard request information.

How we share information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may share information only: with service providers who help us operate the Services and who are bound to protect it; when required by law or to respond to lawful requests; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of CorePhase, our clients, or others.

Connected third-party services

The Core connects to third-party platforms — including Intuit QuickBooks Online, our CRM, and Microsoft services — to retrieve data we are authorized to access. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies. Access is granted through each platform’s standard, revocable authorization, and can be disconnected at any time.

Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Access to candidate information and to connected financial data within The Core is limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We retain inquiries as ordinary business correspondence. We retain talent network submissions and resumes while we may consider you for roles, and we will delete them sooner if you ask. Other information is retained for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted, or to remove you from our talent network, by emailing contact@corephase.com (or careers@corephase.com for candidate information). We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

International visitors

CorePhase is based in the United States and has offices in Canada and Mexico. Information submitted through this website is processed and stored in the United States.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above.
