Our story

Experience inside hyperscale delivery.

Three founders started CorePhase because owners need experienced people on their side of the table. That view comes from years inside complex capital programs, including senior leadership within Microsoft's global data center operations.

On those programs, contractors arrived with mature delivery organizations while owners approved capital faster than they could hire people to lead it. We founded CorePhase in Houston to be that owner's-side team. We work for the owner and carry no construction contracts.

Our team brings more than 85 combined years of experience across over $75 billion in data center deployments, spanning more than 100 data center projects from 4 MW edge sites to multi-gigawatt campuses.

How we work.

The owner's interest comes first

We work for the owner. Our advice follows the owner's cost, schedule, operating, and risk priorities.

Move fast on current information

Fast decisions need current data, a named decision-maker, and a baseline everyone is working to.

Raise problems early

Safety issues get raised immediately. Quality and delivery problems get raised while the team still has options.

Use tools that improve the work

We use technology where it makes the numbers easier to check and shows who decided what, and when.

Our leadership has built and run hyperscale delivery inside an operator. We understand the decisions owners have to defend.

Aligned incentives

We hold no construction contracts, sell no equipment, and self-perform no trade work. Where owners want it, our fees are tied to the same cost and schedule targets they are measured on.

Power-led decisions

Utility interconnection and behind-the-meter power now set the schedule. We plan around time-to-power from site selection onward.
