Program profiles

Programs that need experienced owner's-side leadership.

These profiles describe common owner's-side assignments. We discuss specific experience and results with qualified owners under NDA.

01Multi-Region Hyperscale Campus
Context
Multi-region expansion
Owner's mandate
Owner's program office
Control focus
Governance · procurement
The challenge

A cloud or AI operator expanding across regions must align several contractors, utilities, permitting authorities, and delivery teams with one capital plan.

Our approach

We run every site on one governance cycle, risk register, and reporting baseline, and we manage long-lead procurement and major decisions at program level.

Control priorities
  • Run every market on one governance cadence and reporting baseline
  • Manage long-lead procurement and vendor interfaces at program level
  • Report cost, schedule, decisions, and risk to executives in one format
02Fast-Track AI Training Campus
Context
Power-constrained site
Owner's mandate
Energization-led program
Control focus
Utility · phasing · readiness
The challenge

An AI operator needs training capacity sooner than the utility's standard interconnection path can provide it. Energization becomes the critical path from day one.

Our approach

We build the schedule around the energization sequence. A capacity-release plan ties each interconnection phase to construction, IT deployment, and commissioning.

Control priorities
  • Treat interconnection and energization as the master critical path
  • Align phased capacity with construction and IT deployment sequences
  • Bring first compute online early without cutting commissioning tests short
03Commissioning Recovery Program
Context
Late-stage recovery
Owner's mandate
Regain commissioning control
Control focus
Sequence · issues · acceptance
The challenge

A campus enters late-stage commissioning with a growing issue backlog, incomplete equipment records, and a ready-for-service date already committed to customers.

Our approach

CorePhase re-establishes issue ownership and rebuilds the test sequence around the systems as installed. We then lead evidence-based closure with the GC, vendors, and operations team.

Control priorities
  • Rebuild the test sequence around genuine system dependencies
  • Assign accountable owners and evidence requirements to every issue
  • Defend ready-for-service criteria against schedule-driven paper closure
04Multi-Market Site Selection Portfolio
Context
Multi-market expansion
Owner's mandate
Defensible site decision
Control focus
Power · cost to energize
The challenge

An operator entering new markets needs a consistent way to compare candidate sites. Power, water, fiber, incentives, permitting, and community concerns all affect timing and cost.

Our approach

CorePhase builds the evaluation framework and leads diligence across the portfolio. Each shortlisted site receives the same review of utility capacity, interconnection, entitlement, permitting, and total cost to energize.

Control priorities
  • Compare sites against power availability and total cost to energize
  • Expose permitting, water, fiber, entitlement, and community constraints early
  • Give the investment committee the same auditable comparison for every site
Across every mandate

The same controls apply to every assignment.
